Saturday Retreat: Conquering Depression & Anxiety

This retreat teaches us how to lessen the sense of helplessness and hopelessness that accompanies depression and the sense of fear and urgency that accompanies anxiety. 

Buddha taught very gentle, yet effective, methods for working with the mind so that we make psychological and spiritual progress and can more effectively help others who are suffering. We will learn how to transform our pain so that we can find true happiness and peace. This retreat is ideal for those suffering from depression and anxiety as well as their family and friends.
