Saturday Retreat: Purification in Daily Life- The Practice of Buddha Vajrasattva
Through the kindness of Vajrasattva, the Buddha of Purification, we have the opportunity to overcome our negative actions (or karma) by sincerely applying the four opponent powers. In this retreat, we will gain experience of how to apply these powers, and by doing so, begin to remove both the causes of future suffering and obstacles to our spiritual development. We will also learn how to transform our daily activities into purification practice.
Mala Making Workshop
Learn how to make a mala (Buddhist prayer beads), and make a full length mala of your own! Kelsang Gyaltsen will also be explaining how to use a mala to count mantras.

Tormas are traditional food offerings (usually made of marzipan) that are offered to the Buddhas in various ritual practices such as empowerments, retreats and chanted prayers.

Heart Jewel Practice: A Weekend Retreat with Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Norbu

Introduction to Highest Yoga Tantra
Highest Yoga Tantra contains the specific meditation methods for attaining permanent liberation from suffering and the lasting pure peace of enlightenment. To practice these teachings, we must receive the empowerments of the Heruka Body Mandala and Vajrayogini.
These empowerments will be given this Fall at KMC Brazil. This class will help you understand in a more meaningful way why attaining these empowerments is essential for our spiritual development.
