It is easy to be enthusiastic about a new spiritual practice, but how do we sustain it week by week, year by year, without getting discouraged or bored? And how do we avoid bad habits that can sabotage our enjoyment of the spiritual path?
In this weekend retreat, Gen Wangden will share special advice from Buddha on how our effort can be like the water in a broad river, gently flowing day and night, year after year. With steady, joyful effort like this, our good qualities and realizations will increase day by day, and we will definitely complete the spiritual path.
