Meditations for Modern Life, followed by Sunday Social

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland (map)

There will be refreshments provided after class during our Sunday Social.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times.

Today we’re fortunate to welcome Guest Teacher Gen Kelsang Wangden from KMC Indianapolis. He will be teaching this class as part of his full weekend retreat here on Flowing Like a Broad River: Creating a Joyful, Powerful Spiritual Life.

To Register: Click Here. You can also register at the door (please arrive 15 minutes early).

Cost: $12/class ($8 students/seniors 62+/unemployed).

Your first class is always free.  Email epc@meditationmd.org to get the promo code for your free class, or you can register at the door by letting the front desk volunteer know it is your first class.

You can also become a member starting at $50/month and receive discounts while you help to provide a steady level of support for our activities. These classes are included in your membership!
