Retreat with Guest Teacher Gen Samten Kelsang: Remembering Emptiness in Daily Life

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland (map)

Although we may have heard teachings and read books on emptiness, and even meditated on these, when we are in our busy daily life we usually forget about it and as a result feel strongly caught up in our experiences which generates stress and unhappiness.

Gen Samten will give us tools that will help us remember that the things we normally see do not exist so that we can relate to their illusion-like nature, deeply relax, and make progress on our spiritual path to permanent liberation from suffering.
