These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

Understanding the Mind: Being in the Moment

If someone were to ask you “What is your mind?”, what would you say?  Please join us as we explore Buddha’s teachings on the nature of our mind, learning how we can harness the power of our minds to make positive changes and find the peace that lies within.

Dinner is offered before class from 4:30-6:15pm at our World Peace Cafe.
