Dinner is offered before class from 4:30-6:15pm at our World Peace Cafe.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

How to transform your life through cherishing others.

Tonight, Teacher Marlene Robinson will share teachings with us and guide meditations on the benefits of cherishing others, from the book How to Transform Your Life by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

To Register (this class is in-person only): Please register at the door.

Cost: $12/class ($8 students/seniors 62+/unemployed).
