Meditations for Modern Life: Staying Happy During Difficulties

You can either attend in-person, or watch a recording online. There is a different class topic each week. Dinner is offered before class from 4:30-6:15pm at our World Peace Cafe.

These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:

The Secret to Happiness: Staying Happy During Difficulties

Life can be busy and full of responsibilities to keep up with. So, how do we stay light-hearted and in balance while doing many things? This series of classes will give practical advice for being engaged, balanced, and at peace!

Cost: $12/class ($8 students/seniors/unemployed).  

Your first class is always free.  Email epc@meditationmd.org to get your free class.

If you register for a recording, you will receive it by the Friday of that week, and it will be available to watch for 7 days.

Please do not share the recording with anyone. Class prices are per person.

You can also become a member starting at $50/month and receive discounts while you help to provide a steady level of support for our activities. These classes are included in your membership!
