If you’ve ever wanted to start meditating, but didn’t know how, this is the class for you! Held about once per month, this introduction is designed for beginners so that you can have a personal experience of meditation and inner peace. It is also a great place for more experienced meditators to ask questions about how to alleviate obstacles they’re experiencing in their meditations and how to progress in their practice.
