Saturday Retreat: Creating a Life Less Complicated

  • Kadampa Meditation Center Maryland (map)

Modern life seems to be speeding up exponentially. Our technological devices keep us tethered to news cycles and notifications, our jobs often feel fraught with stress, and even our personal relationships can become complex and strained. But it doesn’t need to be this way.

Buddhist meditation teaches us that our world is, in fact, a reflection of our mind. And if we begin to cultivate an inner source of peace and bring greater intention and more simplicity into our daily lives, we can become much more joyful, balanced and peaceful.

Includes teaching, guided meditation, and time for Q&A.

Session 2: 11:45am-12:45pm
