You can either attend in-person, or watch a recording online. There is a different class topic each week. Dinners in the cafe Thursday nights will resume tentatively on January 23rd.
These classes include both meditations and teachings based on Buddha’s wisdom that can help us to stay peaceful, even in the most challenging times. Current series topic:
Forces for Positive Change: The Strength of Motivation.
We can develop and strengthen five positive mindsets, called the five forces, that allow us to grow in our ability to keep our mind peaceful even in tough times. When we become adept at integrating these forces into our spiritual practice, our realizations will grow quickly, and we will give ourselves the gift of more and more protection from suffering.
