Learning to Let Go: Letting Go of Insecurity & Learning to Live Lightly
We can learn to stop holding on so tightly to everything -- ourselves, others, our experiences, our bodies, our pains and pleasures, and our past and future. This is profound letting go, profound relaxation. In this series, we will learn practical methods to release ourself from various sufferings such as negative self image, attachment to things, and painful experiences.
