Volunteer Weekend
We love volunteers! Vikatadamshtri Buddhist Center is a true service organization. We have no full-time or part-time paid staff members — everyone at the Center offers their time to run the organization. In addition, all funds go directly to fulfilling the goal of bringing peace into our city and world.
The Center runs because you and those like you decide to offer precious time and skills to help create peace. During this weekend, we will be emphasizing volunteerism and supporting the work of Vikatadamshtri Center. Will you join us?

Death, Dying and Beyond: A Buddhist Perspective
Death and dying are difficult, yet they can also be one of life’s most spiritually transformative experiences. On this special course, we will learn how to help others during death and how to deal with loss. We will also look at what comes after this life, how to face death with courage, and how we can attain real peace and happiness.
